Comments on Proposed Broadcasting Bill and Content Code

The Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has invited responses to their proposed Broadcasting Bill and Content Code by August 5th.

ALF has drafted comments in response to the proposed Broadcasting Bill and Content Code, and is currently circulating these comments to NGOs and other organisations working on issues related to media and censorship .
